LIME STAGE | FATHERHOOD
Fatherhood changes you in ways people don’t always talk about. Your identity, your relationship, your priorities, the pressure you carry, and the kind of dad you want to become.
I want to create something genuinely useful for fathers, but I don’t want to decide what that should look like without hearing from you first.
No spam. A quiet, honest space shaped by real fathers.

Becoming a dad can shift how you see yourself, your relationship, your childhood and the future you imagined.
Some parts are incredible. Some are exhausting. And some are surprisingly hard to put into words.
These are just some of the areas I’m curious about exploring with fathers.
Who am I now that I’m a dad?
How do we stay connected when parenting changes everything?
How do I become the father I actually want to be?
Stress, frustration, worry, overwhelm, and what to do with it.
What do I want to carry forward, and what stops with me?
How do I build a strong relationship with my kids as they grow?
I don’t have a launch date.
I’m not even sure yet exactly what this will become.
I’m starting by listening to fathers, learning what is missing and understanding what would actually be useful. I want it to be delivered by father(s).
If you’d like to follow along, hear what develops and be invited to future fatherhood resources, conversations or pilot programs, leave your details here.

You are the expert on your lived transition into fatherhood.
I can read the research.
I can study the psychology.
I can speak with professionals.
But fathers are the people who can tell me what fatherhood actually feels like.
What surprised you?
What has been harder than you expected?
What do you wish someone had prepared you for?
What would you genuinely watch, read, listen to or participate in?

These are ideas not promises. We believe in designing resources with fathers, not just for them. Every concept below is a seed currently being shaped by community feedback, open conversations, and lived experience.
Your voice directly guides which of these paths we build first, what we refine, and what we set aside.
An honest, expectations, pressure and emotional transition into fatherhood. Exploring identity shifts, unspoken pressures, and emotional grounding.
Understanding triggers, inherited patterns and how you want to parent differently.
Connection, communication, intimacy and figuring out family life together.
Practical psychology around connection, boundaries and emotional development.
Real conversations about the things fathers rarely say publicly.
Short, useful tools and resources for everyday parenting.
None of this is fixed.
Some of these ideas might grow. Some might disappear completely.
What gets created will depend on what fathers tell me they actually want.
What’s something you wish more dads talked about?
A fear.
A mistake.
A lesson.
Something you weren’t prepared for.
Something fatherhood changed in you.
You can share it anonymously.
Prefer to say it instead?
Some things are easier to speak than type.

“Everyone asks about Mum and the baby. Dad says he’s fine. But fatherhood can change every spoke of your life at once, your identity, relationship, career, friendships and finances. I thought my job was to be the strong one and carry the weight, but no one really asked how I was going.
Looking back, I think being a better father starts with being a better partner, understanding what your family needs, and knowing that the hard feelings you don’t talk about are often more normal than you realise. Sometimes you don’t realise you’re struggling until the whole wheel comes off.”
When a baby arrives, attention naturally moves to Mum and baby.
But Dad has changed too.
His relationship has changed.
His finances may have changed.
His friendships change.
His career can change.
His freedom changes.
His sense of himself can change.
And sometimes nobody actually asks:
How are you going with becoming a dad?
I’m not looking for perfect answers.
I’m looking for real experiences.
If there is something fathers need more support with, something no one prepared you for, or something you wish existed - tell me.

Growing with you through every stage of motherhood.
