Intuitive Mummas was founded in 2022 by Rebekah Pozzoli, whose vision was to create a nurturing space where mothers could connect, feel supported, and truly be themselves. What began as a small, heart-led initiative has grown into a meaningful village for mums across multiple locations.

Since starting in the humble beginings in my loungeroom, we have been able to support so many mothers in our local community.

In 2025, Intuitive Mumma’s was able to support over 250 mothers. We value and cherish each one of you, and we want to continue to grow and support along side you as your family flourishes.

Meet Rebekah

I am a mum to two beautiful, energetic little boys.

When I moved from the Whitsundays to Brisbane in 2021, I expected to find my village, a circle of mums to laugh with, cry with, and walk alongside through the early days. Instead, I found myself struggling to build connections. Joining all the free groups, I could never meet the same mum twice. I was overwhelmed, depleted, and searching for a community that simply didn’t exist.

I had an amazing mother’s group with my first born, and I was missing my people. In that loneliness, a quiet truth landed: No mother should ever feel this way.

Intuitive Mummas was born from my own healing journey, a heartfelt desire to create a space where mothers feel seen, understood, and held through every version of themselves. This work is deeply personal to me. It’s my mission to ensure no mum feels alone in the moments that matter most.

A place where mothers can be real.
A place to breathe deeply.
A place to find the connection we all deserve.

With a background in Workplace Health and Safety and currently completing my Bachelor of Psychological Sciences, I’ve always been drawn to understanding people, behaviour, and what helps us feel safe, supported, and whole.

Welcome, Mumma.

With love,
Bek xx

'After birth, there’s a sacred window of time. A time for complete rejuvenation of a woman’s physical, mental and spiritual health. A time for deep, extended bonding with her newborn. The first 42 days after birth set the stage for her next 42 years.'
