Love supporting mums?

We’re looking for warm, grounded facilitators to help hold space for our mothers’ groups.

If you have a heart for connection, a calm presence, and a genuine desire to support new mums, you might be the perfect fit.

🕘 Time: Weekdays, 8:45 AM – 12:30 PM (2 Sessions)
💰 Pay: $70+ per session (dependent on experience)
📅 Start Date: Term 2, 2026

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES?

Our facilitators play a vital role in creating safe, supportive, and uplifting spaces for mums and their babies.

You will:

  • Run weekly group sessions either 1 -2 sessions a day

  • Hold space, guide conversations, and support emotional safety

  • Follow our session frameworks, run sheets, and training

  • Arrive early to set up and stay back to pack down

  • Capture key moments for social media (photos/videos — training provided)

  • Communicate with the Intuitive Mummas team and venue staff as needed

  • Represent our values of warmth, inclusivity, and professionalism

This is meaningful, heart-led work designed for people who want to make a difference.

WHO THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR?

You might be:

🩷 A doula, birth worker, or early childhood educator

🩷 Someone who naturally supports others and thrives in group settings

You don’t need to be an expert,you just need heart, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE AS A FACILITATOR?

We make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

Facilitators receive:
✔ Complete training + mentoring
✔ Structured session run sheets and weekly resources
✔ All marketing, bookings, and admin handled for you
✔ Ongoing support and debriefing when needed

Your role is to show up, hold space, and help mums feel seen, safe, and supported.

The Facilitator is engaged as an independent contractor and is responsible for their own tax, superannuation, and statutory obligations. Intuitive Mummas does not withhold PAYG or pay superannuation contributions.

REQUIREMENTS

To ensure quality and safety, facilitators must:

  • First Aid Certificate (or be able to obtain one)

  • Commit to a full 8-week term

  • Hold a current Blue Card (or be able to obtain one)

  • ABN and ability to invoice as a contractor
