You have a story worth telling.

Real conversations, peeling back the layers for the woman you're becoming.

There is real research showing that being truly heard, without judgment, by someone who understands — this creates genuine psychological shift.

ABOUT SECTION

This is not your average podcast.

The pith is the white bit inside a lemon. Bitter, overlooked, sitting between the pretty exterior and the vulnerable interior. The most important part, and the part everyone throws away.

The Pith is a space for women to say the things that have been living inside them, hidden deep. The shame. The guilt. The regrets. The childhood wounds. The relationships. The truth about how you're really handling motherhood (or not). Your darkest thoughts and your most honest emotions. The

The things a lot of people don't talk about. We bring them into the light.

You don't need a platform, a following, or a polished story. You just need to be willing to go there.

Because the most important stories are the ones nobody has asked you to tell yet.

This is real. This is raw. This is The Pith.

ANONYMOUS

These conversations are the ones we're not ready to put our name to. You stay completely anonymous. Only Bek knows who you are. And talking to Bek feels less like being interviewed and more like finally having the conversation you've needed, with your best friend.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. You fill out the application below and tell me a little about you.

  2. Bek reviews every application personally and reaches out within 7 days. She will send you the types of questions that will be asked.

  3. We book in a time and have our chat.

  4. We record a real, unscripted conversation on Zoom (about an hour).

  5. Bek completes edits - we can hide your identity and change the pitch of your voice so you are not recognisable.

  6. Your episode is shared with the world.

WHY TALK WITH BEK?

Bek isn't a stranger asking hard questions. She's the person who makes you feel like you've known her for years within the first five minutes.

Warm, real, and genuinely curious about people. Bek has spent years creating spaces where women feel safe enough to say the things they've never said out loud. As the founder of Intuitive Mummas and a psychology student, she understands the weight women carry and the relief that comes from finally putting it down.

She won't push you where you don't want to go. She won't judge what comes up. And she won't share a word of who you are without your permission.

Bek holds space the way a best friend does: with presence, without agenda, and with the kind of warmth that makes the hard stuff feel a little easier to say.

You're not a guest on a podcast. You're a woman having a conversation that's long overdue.
